If you are interested in data entry from home work online programs there are some things you should know. Although it is possible to make money with these programs they are misleading in their advertisements when they describe what the programs really are.

These programs are so misleading and have stretched the truth so much that Google has banned them form being advertised on their AdWords program. Also Clickbank, which is one of the largest and a well respected merchant service online, has recently banned these programs from using them on their system.

There really are companies that hire people to enter data but they usually require actual skills and there is usually more to it than just entering data into a computer. To get these jobs you typically go through the normal process of finding a job, submitting your resume, going for interviews etc. These are not what are being sold on the internet.

So what's the real story with these data entry programs for sale? In their advertisements they claim that you can make money by entering data from home on your computer. They say they will even provide the data to enter and the forms to enter the data into. Do you really think someone is going to pay to copy and paste data? If someone has the data and wants it entered into a form they can program a computer to do that and not have to pay anyone.

Here is what they don't tell you in the advertisements. The data you will be entering is advertisements, in many cases advertisements for the same data entry program you just bought. You will be posting these advertisements on the internet and you get paid when someone buys something from you. It's internet marketing disguised as a job entering data.

Internet marketing is a legitimate business but in order to succeed in that business you have to become a marketer and a sales person. And that is not something that most people want to do. And it's certainly much different than "data entry".

There are legitimate work from home opportunities out there but most of them do require sales and marketing. The two most common are network marketing and internet marketing. Both of these are excellent opportunities for people who want to learn sales and marketing. The problem is most people fail with these opportunities because it's highly competitive and most people are not sales people or marketers and don't really want to learn to be.

There is another option that does not require you try to sell anybody anything. That is trading the forex or foreign exchange. That may sound complicated but it's really not. That's the easy part. The more difficult part is knowing when to buy and sell. But the markets usually move in patterns and these patterns are easy to see on the price charts. Once you learn to identify the patterns you can make a very nice living.
